Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message, plus any optional company, phone, website, project, timing, or market information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive information about your customers.
Technical information and cookies
Contact submissions also record an IP address and browser information to help identify spam and misuse. The website and its hosting service may keep technical logs used for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.
The site uses essential session and security cookies to support forms and administrative access. Your browser also remembers a paused homepage background through session storage for the current tab session. It does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
How information is used
We use inquiries to understand your request, evaluate a potential project, respond, and keep a record of the conversation. Submissions are stored in the website's private inquiry system. Sending a message does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
We do not sell contact form submissions. Providers that support website hosting or business communications may process information as part of those services.
Keeping and deleting information
Inquiry records are retained for business follow-up and recordkeeping; they are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Technical logs and backups may have separate retention periods.
You can ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion through our contact form. Include enough context to identify the message, but do not send identity documents. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Other websites and policy updates
Linked websites have their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated if the way this website handles information changes.
